Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Check Team will inspect your items before shipping. We guarantee the products with good quality. To avoid bring you inconvenience, please select product carefully and accurately before buying.
We are here to assist with any quality problem, please read below return policy and feel free to feedback with your order problem any time!
Returnable Items:
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days after receiving must meet the criteria as below :
1.Faulty items damaged / broken.
2.Items does not match the actual item or does not conform to the product description.
3.Buyers must provide sellers with photos or videos of the problematic items.
4. Due to holiday delays, returns/refunds are not accepted. Please read the logistics policy before purchasing.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our Support Center stating your:
1.Order number
2.Product name
3.Reason for return
Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days.
Kindly allow between 1-2 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.

Return Fees
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs $10-$15 for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
